Brilliance Hub – Terms & Conditions

By proceeding with the onboarding and utilisation of Brilliance Hub products and services, including the Ring Builder plugin, media content, integrations, and diamond data management solutions, you (the "Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Subscription & Payment Terms

1.1 All Brilliance Hub services, tools, and integrations are provided on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Subscription fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

1.3 Failure to complete payment may result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of access to Brilliance Hub services and tools.

1.4 If a subscription is cancelled or payments lapse, access to Brilliance Hub systems, plugins, integrations, media assets, and connected data feeds will be discontinued.

1.5 Brilliance Hub reserves the right to revise pricing with prior written notice of no less than 30 days.

2. Diamond Data Integration & Usage

2.1 Your diamond inventory data will be imported into the Brilliance Hub system and connected to your website via the Ring Builder plugin or similar approved integrations.

2.2 The Client confirms they hold the legal rights and necessary permissions to use and syndicate any diamond data supplied to Brilliance Hub.

2.3 Brilliance Hub is not responsible for inaccuracies, outdated listings, or errors within the supplied inventory data.

2.4 Any automated sync or API connection relies on third-party availability. Brilliance Hub will attempt to maintain connectivity but will not be liable for disruptions caused by external providers.

2.5 The Client acknowledges and approves the data integration setup by responding to this communication or proceeding with plugin installation and live testing.

3. Media Assets & Usage Rights

As part of your active subscription, Brilliance Hub may provide access to media resources including, but not limited to:

  • Product renders
  • Videos
  • Images
  • 360° viewers / 3D content
  • Marketing or promotional creatives

3.1 These media assets are licensed for use only during an active subscription period.

3.2 If the subscription is cancelled, suspended, or terminated, the Client must remove all Brilliance Hub media assets from:

  • Websites
  • E-commerce stores
  • Social media
  • Digital marketing content
  • Paid advertising campaigns
  • Printed marketing material
  • Third-party listings

3.3 All content remains the intellectual property of Brilliance Hub and may not be copied, resold, modified, or redistributed outside the scope of the subscription licence.

4. System Access, Plugins & Updates

4.1 Brilliance Hub will provide access to tools, plugins, and features as included in the Client's purchased plan.

4.2 System updates, maintenance, and enhancements may occur periodically and may affect live functionality temporarily.

4.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring their website platform, hosting environment, and theme are compatible with plugin requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

Brilliance Hub is not liable for:

  • Loss of sales, revenue, or data
  • Website downtime caused by third-party systems
  • Incorrect pricing caused by client-supplied inputs or formula errors
  • Security, hosting, or platform-based issues unrelated to Brilliance Hub's system

Maximum liability is limited to the value of the Client's most recent subscription fee.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, using, or continuing access to Brilliance Hub services, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
